Ingemar Backman - Dinosaur duck Japan

from CHF 690.00

I always loved shooting in the snowed-in trees of Japan’s north island of Hokkaido. The light, the snow…just magical. There is so much snow that tree trunks become massive pillow poppers. When we found this one particular spot, Ingemar came forward and suggested that he’d do a high-speed ollie up there and bonk the top of it. I always loved when riders came up with unique ideas that would make for a good shot. While Ingo would try a few times we started to see a mix between a dinosaur & a duck in that tree and we named it: The dinosaur duck after Ingemar successfully got the shot he envisioned.
