I’ve read, heard, and seen stories and images from Mt.Hood for as long as I knew about snowboarding. When my travels finally brought me to this legendary mountain in the summer of 2001 I couldn’t wait to see this beauty. All of a sudden there it was - appearing behind the next turn. Shot this one out of our driving car. I love the composition of this image that captured my very first sight of Mt.Hood.
